What to expect
After an initial assessment session, clinicians will collaboratively develop individual and tailored treatment plans to address the goals and needs of each client. Clinicians help clients create a safe space to explore emotions and develop insight in order to work towards change and skill development. This will enable clients to develop self-awareness in order to build a meaningful and fulfilling life.
