Dr Jo-Elle Stein

Founder

Jo-Elle uses a warm and empathetic approach to deliver dynamic and effective treatment strategies in order to improve overall wellbeing and quality of life. Jo-Elle is passionate about helping empower clients to identify their strengths and achieve their goals. Using a collaborative approach, Jo-Elle creates a safe and comfortable environment to develop self-awareness and identify opportunities for change. Treatment is tailored to meet the needs of each individual and build meaningful relationships with clients.

 

Jo-Elle has over 10 years of extensive clinical experience with children, adolescents, and adults with a range of mental health concerns. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings with families and individuals. Jo-Elle works from a strengths based perspective using a variety of evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness.

​Jo-Elle has also been trained in the Cool Kids Program from the Centre for Emotional Health.

Caitlin Wright

Clinical Psychologist

 

Caitlin is a clinical psychologist dedicated to providing compassionate support to adolescents and adults navigating life’s challenges. She is especially passionate about helping individuals recover from trauma, including childhood trauma, PTSD, and vicarious trauma. Caitlin also has a strong interest in supporting clients facing relationship issues, stress, depression, and anxiety.

Caitlin’s approach centres on relational healing, with a strong therapeutic relationship serving as the foundation for meaningful change. She brings warmth and curiosity to each session, creating a safe and collaborative space where clients feel genuinely heard and empowered to make choices aligned with their values and goals.

 

With a personalised approach for each client, Caitlin integrates a range of evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic-Based Therapies, and the Tri-Phasic Model for Complex Trauma. She also draws on elements from Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy when suitable. Caitlin holds a Master of Psychology (Clinical) from the Australian College of Applied Psychology, a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) from Western Sydney University, and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Bond University.

Emily Jayasinghe

Emily is a registered psychologist with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of concerns. She creates a warm, empathic, and collaborative environment where clients feel safe to explore their challenges and build on their strengths.

​

She has worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, self-esteem difficulties, family and relationship issues, and attachment concerns.

​

Drawing on evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), Emily tailors therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals. Her person-centred approach helps individuals identify their strengths, build resilience, and take meaningful steps towards positive and lasting change.

Emily believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to feel well and fulfilled. She is committed to supporting her clients not only in overcoming hardship but also in enhancing their overall wellbeing and quality of life.

Jacob Prout

Jacob is a registered psychologist with a professional practice dedicated to supporting individuals to enhance their psychological and overall wellbeing. His practice is grounded in evidence-based frameworks, and he integrates a flexible, empathic, and holistic approach to care. Jacob values the individuality of each client and collaborates closely with them to develop tailored strategies that support lasting and impactful outcomes.

 

Utilising a trauma-informed approach, Jacob is passionate to work with adults and young adults presenting with histories of trauma and PTSD. He holds a strong professional interest in working with neurodivergent individuals and members of the LGBTIQA+ community and is an advocate for providing affirming and culturally competent care. His goal within therapy is  to create safe, affirming spaces where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and work toward meaningful personal growth and recovery. Jacob also works closely with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, attachment issues, stress and burnout, grief and loss, and sleep disorders.

 

Through ongoing development of skills and utilising up-to-date evidenced-based practice, Jacob incorporates an array of psychological frameworks into his practice, tailored to a client’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Therapies, Mindfulness, and Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). Jacob also incorporates skills and interventions from within Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).

 

Jacob holds a Master of Psychology (Clinical), a Bachelor of Psychological Science, and a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) from the University of Adelaide.
